We Don't Believe in Doing the "Minimum"

Our general philosophy is simple, we take care of your property as if it were our own. For absentee owners, we know what it's like. Below is a list of the services we provide as an exceptional management company:

Our Fees

We charge 10% of the Gross Collected rent, but for our investors that own multiple properties, we offer a special "Full House" discount. With the "Full House" discount you get 40% off our regular 10% fee, so you'll ONLY PAY 6% of Gross Collected rent. To get the "Full House" discount, you must have 5 or more of your properties managed by us.
